Simple and easy to follow fitness training tips

Always do a little training, something is better than nothing. Women can strength train just like men. Use correct resistance when training and you should tire after about 10 repetitions. Use correct form. Rest between sets.

The longer rest is best for building or bulking up muscles and shorter rest is for sculpting muscles. The frequency of the exercises will depend on the goals that are set. The less often you do your sets with larger weights the bigger you will get and the more often you do reps with smaller weights the leaner you will get.

Start off with lighter weights and more reps and then each week increase the weight and decrease the reps. Always drink a lot of water before and after sets. Stretch before and after every workout. Replenish your body’s electrolytes with a sports drink after each workout. Always take a break if you are ever short of breathe and never do more than you can to start.
